The Next Seminary is a visionary project started by Andy Johnson III and born out of working with Bethel Seminary to help transition into a new era of ministry training. The site intends to demonstrate that the next seminary is more distributed and less localized. The ways that people are learning vary more widely now than in previous generations due to the fact that information distribution through the internet is changing the world’s way of accessing learning. The next seminary must continue to educate people training for ministry while adjusting to the reality of both the challenging and opportunity-filled times that we live in.
